1. *Fees Deduction:* When we process a refund, we deduct two fees:
- A payment gateway fee of 2% of the paid amount.
- A processing fee of 5% of the paid amount.
2. *No Refunds After 2 Hours:* We do not provide refunds for any package purchased directly from the XpertBharat website (www.XpertBharat.com) or through an affiliate link after 2 hours from the time of purchase, regardless of the circumstances.
To request a refund, you need to send an email to requests@xpertbharat.com from your registered email address with the following information:
1. Your Full Name
2. Your Registered Email ID
3. Date of Registration
4. A screenshot of the Payment Invoice showing the date and time of payment (This is the email or message you received when you made the payment).
5. Reason for the refund request
